 Guys are usually on top, especially with the classic missionary position, but this poses might be a bit challenging.  Prison Guard
 Both partners are standing up, the receiver facing away from the giver and bends over. The giver can then hold on the receiver's wrist, as is they are being cuffed together. The bended position helps push the woman's pelvis back for deeper and easier penetration.
 Big Dipper
 If you want to have an intense work out while having sex, then the big dipper can definitely give you that. This position requires a lot of core strength and arm endurance. The "pumper" stays on a seated position with his or her legs elevated on another chair or an ottoman while the other partner squats in front of them.
 Standing 69
 A standing 69 should only be done if one of the partners can squat while supporting their partner's weight at the same time. A modified version of this would be to have one partner sit down while the other places his or her head between their legs.
